HANDLE MATERIAL: Made from curly birch wood. We use natural materials in our handles, and each Helle Knife has its own unique look.
DIMENSIONS: Handle Length 4.1" (105 mm), Blade Length 3.9" (100 mm), Blade Thickness .12" (3.1 mm).
